Comment: I am employed at Blue Skies and Rainbows. I have only been here for 3 months, and I have to say some of the things I read in people’s reviews are ridiculous. Tina is an amazing boss and person. There are two rooms; a preschool room and an infant/toddler room. We change diapers on a schedule for toddlers. Before lunch, and after nap. Of course, if they pooped we will change them right away. I always check the kids after a couple hours as well to see if they need an extra change before they go home. With infants we change them before and after they eat, and sometimes a lot more depending on the day and how much they pee/poop. We also provide for infants a “rainbow report” which is a list of all times they were changed, pee or poop, times they ate, how much they ate, times they fell asleep and woke up from naps. As far as the complaint about the kids not being fed, I feel this is way out of line. Tina follows a strict guideline from the state on items she can feed the kids and how much they need to eat. She provides; Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack. She makes a weekly meal schedule the weekend before and purchases the items on her list based on the weekly meal plan. We have afternoon snack at 3, if you are picking your child up at 5:30 they will be hungry. It is dinner time at 5:30. Every single child gets bumps and bruises. They do at home, at school, at their friends house. It is a part of them growing up. There has only been 1 accident since I have been here. One of the preschoolers decided to put his hands in his shirt and then he leaned forward off his chair. Because his hands were in his shirt he was not able to catch himself and he bumped his face on the floor. Tina was in the room plating their lunches, but even if she wasn’t you can’t expect her to catch every child that falls. She did, however call his Nana, who is his legal guardian, right away. She kept calling her until she got in touch with her. She also wrote up an incident report, had his nana sign it, and sent a copy to her director. I absolutely love my job, and love all the kids I take care of. I know for a fact they all love me as well. Please don’t believe some of these false reviews, your child will be well taken care of. I promise that I will 100% love and provide for your children. Thanks, Lindy Lambert.

Comment: if i could give less then 1 star i would... my nephew attended this daycare for almost 9 months and during that time had multiple "accidents" resulting in injury. he was always super hungry and thirsty when he got home.. and on multiple occasions had such bad diaper rash due to not being changed he had to see a doctor. once things started ton add up, he was removed from this daycare and has since begun to flourish and excel under a new daycare... Parents please beware!!

Comment: I have seen the conditions and it is far from good. The kids do not seem to be very wel taken care of. I also had parents warn me neevr to bring my child here. ER accidents happen weekly they have been reported so many times on abuse. Not to mention how the children are not being fed correctly and they diapers are never changed. I even had an employee tell me dont bring your kid here. Someone needc to do something to shut this place downl.

My experience was aweful to say the least. They put my childs safety in danger and did not report to me until after the 3rd incident. They are always under staffed and over the children in care. Advised me of medical issues that were unfounded by my childs pediatrician. Has been investigated by child welfare and closed down at one point under a different name. Would feed the children leftovers from her own family's dinner from the night before. I would not recommend this childcare to any parent that actually cares about their child.

I am a first time mother, and i was a little apprehensive in putting my child into a daycare. I had been looking around for sometime, and came across Blue Skies and Rainbows.. Loved it right off the bat. My Child has learned so much from there! I couldnt ask to have better care givers then the ones at Blue Skies and Rainbows!
