Comment: I have a 16 year old son and a 6 year old daughter. I have known Rebecca Fuller for many years and she has helped care for both of my children. My children, like any other child have both gone thru behavioral challenges at different ages, Rebecca has always provided me with sound communication and in fact often given me great advice and ideas on how I might be able to communicate with my children. She has always had excellent communication with myself and my children and to this day, even if she isn't watching my daughter, we enjoy her company and that of her entire family. My daughter, like my son used to do, has a hard time leaving because she has such a good time with the Fuller family in and out of the childcare. I would recommend Fuller childcare to anyone looking for outstanding service, professionalism and all around good care. We are to treat others as we want to be treated, Rebecca bends over backwards to help everyone have a good experience, children and parents alike. Her pricing is quite fair as she is open longer hours than most childcares and she has 2 adults in the home providing care to under her licensed amount. I have never been happier with any childcare experience, than I have been with Fuller childcare. Rebecca always does what's in the best interest of all of her charges, even if it means letting one abusive child go, to keep the others safe.

Our child is so happy here and was excited when the above child was let go. We communicate well with this provider and don't find any of the above to be true in our experience.

Unbeknownst to us for quite some time, Fuller Child Care had a difficult time with our four year old son. He doesn’t listen the first time when asked to do something, or not to do something (what pre-schooler does?). He struggles with naptime, because he doesn't typically need one. He struggles with transitions, so pick up time at the end of the day is difficult for him. So, he started having behavior problems in these areas. Not abnormal for a 4 year old, to my knowledge. They were apparently having issues with him daily for THREE FULL WEEKS before they communicated any of this to us. They just dumped 3 weeks worth of issues – including an incident report from the week before, which they’re legally supposed to disclose the day it occurs. This conversation occurred on the last day of his week with them, so we spent the weekend brainstorming ideas on how we could help support them, ideas for them to try with him while he was there, etc. We made arrangements to meet with them on Monday evening to discuss these ideas, because they were out of town for the weekend and couldn’t meet sooner. Monday I get a text message during my lunch hour - NOT A PHONE CALL! - saying that I needed to come pick up my son and that he couldn't be there for the rest of that day. When I picked him up, I was shown a mornings worth of VIDEO feed (for which I never gave permission), pointing out how naughty my child had been. They only showed me clips of the naughty parts – which was about 10-15 minutes worth of the morning - but didn’t feel the need to show the parts where he was behaving (the other 270 minutes). On top of that, 10 minutes worth of the video was of him swinging a towel around and 2-3 times hitting another child in the face with it. Twice he was verbally asked to stop, but THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO TAKE THE TOWEL AWAY FROM HIM OR REMOVE HIM FROM THE SITUATION. Who does that? Upon departing, I asked if we were still set to meet that evening, and they said yes. However, at the end of the day, we get home to two bags of his stuff on our doorstep and a written letter of expulsion. NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION ABOUT THE ISSUE EVER HAPPENED! The next day my husband tried to take them money for the remainder of our balance, and mentioned the situation to Rebecca who promptly said, "Get out of my house" and slammed the door in my husbands face. They are *decent* at caring for children who are not challenging (though not worth $5 more per day than any other daycare in the area!) but they definitely get a "1" for complete lack of professionalism.
