| Comment: | Ms. Carter is mean spirited and does not show compassion toward the children. She is also rude and opinionated toward all parents. I removed my chikd in 2008. I never went back when I left. Do not bring your children here. |

| Comment: | Very nurturing environment for children. Our children were here for 9 years. The Daycare center and clean and conducive to learning. Ms. Carter is respectable and attentive the parents and childs' needs. |
