| Comment: | Very unfriendly and cold. Never had a single good thing to say about my child and only focused on the negatives. The final straw was when Carroll County schools had a delay and she denied my son childcare because the school district i work for was closed. She said “I don’t keep children when parents aren’t working.” She still expected to be paid in full though. Very disappointed. |

| Comment: | This was the worst possible place I could have ever sent my child. Cynthia is rude, unprofessional, and cold. She clearly does not enjoy children so I'm not sure why she continues to work in childcare. |
