| Comment: | She is extremely strict to the point of nastiness with the children and we started to see some odd behaviors from our child at home. Our child was afraid to turn on the water to wash their hands without approval (Sandy wouldn't allow it at daycare). They were afraid of her. We were also told that she would withhold comfort items (1 stuffed animal allowed) at nap time as a punishment. She was always very cold and detached with the children when parents were around. Can only imagine how mean-spirited she is with the kids when no one is looking. It's time for her to stop working with children. She also has a clause in her contract which requests that any remaining dependent care FSA money at the end of the year be given to her for her program (which is considered fraud). |
