Keep your kids away from this childcare. I enrolled my kids in October and it's been nothing but issues from the beginning. She gives no flexibility on payments and you have to accommodate her schedule, she doesn't care what your schedule is. The kids are not allowed anywhere else in the house besides in the small play room and if your kid has any sort of cough, runny nose, etc, she will expect you to leave work and come get them. I brought to her attention that my daughter is acting out, coming home with full diapers, and every time I come to pick them up, Theresa is sitting on the couch doing nothing. She instantly got offended and rude, she talks crap about the other kids and parents. My daughter apparently is hitting and not listening and my daughter never acts like that - she put up with it for a week or two and then said she's terminating her. They don't go outside and play, they don't eat healthy foods LIKE HER HAND BOOK SAYS they do, no arts and crafts or circle time, they just sit in front of a tv all day and she tells them to stop or be nice. She's overpriced even with her discount and she expects you to still pay her for her "doctor appointments" and her paid week of vacation per year. If you don't pick the kids up by 5:30 on the dot, she's going to have an issue. Just do yourself a favor and don't bring your kids here, she shouldn't even be allowed to run a daycare. She follows her handbook to a T when it comes to her, her finances, and her time off - but when it comes to the kids and what they do all day, she told me if I wanted my daughter in preschool doing preschool activities then I should enroll her at Discovery Academy. She talks down to you like you're an idiot instead of taking accountability that she's just lazy as hell and wants to get paid for doing absolutely nothing.

If/when you need to find childcare in Orting do not I repeat do not take your kids to Theresa's tadpoles off 210 Icey st. I normally wouldn't blast someone like this but she was so unprofessional. 1 I started care with her last Monday she called me wanting me to pick my son up early for a runny nose (he had no temp I even took him in to doctor and they said he just has common cold no prescriptions necessary) 2 she text me on Tuesday needing to go to doctor Wednesday because she was sick (total line of BS she seemed fine to me when I saw her) 3 the kids are only allowed in the play room ( my 8 year old told me that) 4 all the children's shoes jackets etc are left out on the porch. After all that my son is new to daycare and can have issues with biting I'm not saying my son is a saint but he is only a year and 7 months old and she terminated childcare via text message. told me she will give me till Friday as notice!!!! WTF! She was just to lazy to handle it! Babysitting is not just a sit on my ass and get paid you actually have to do something!!
