| Comment: | I have been using Estrada Child Care for about 2 years now the staff is excellent and Norma is wonderful she always responds to me when ever I need her, she also teaches my daughter and helps with potty training ,I recommend this day care to everyone...see it for urself and ull see what a good day care it is...?? |

| Comment: | Being a father of 2 is hard to find a good day care ...i have to say im thankful i found Estrada Child Care ,Norma and her Staff 100% are amazing i see how hard they work and how caring they are with the children, she was refered to me by another parent that took her kids there and i want my kids to be in good hands...so i recommend Estrada 100%... |

| Comment: | We love Estrada day care! Both of my kids currently attend ECC and I have no complaints. My kids have never complained about going to ECC and they have made some great friends too! |

| Comment: | I have had the pleasure to work at Estrada daycare, the work environment is wonderful, Norma is a great and caring provider. She's great with the kids. Every work day is fun and educationally fulfilling. I love working here, the staff and kids are great. I would definitely 10/10 recommend it here |

| Comment: | I would like to write a review do to my experience working at Estrada Child Care first of all i have to say i love the positive atmosphere and all the hard work we do with the kids everyday,most of the kids have been here along time and we take good care of the kids...i have been working here for 8 years and havent seen anything wrong and we all love the kids like they were part of our little family and want them to be successful in a learning,caring environment... |

| Comment: | I was referred to Estrada Family Child Care from a family member. Being a new mom I was terrified to leave my 12 week old with someone new. My son is now 2 years old and absolutely loves going to Estrada Family Child Care. Norma and her staff always keeps me inform of anything happening with my son. I am at peace knowing I can leave my son at Estrada Family Care and not have to worry about him being mistreated. I cannot thank Estrada Family enough for spending the time teaching my son, while I'm away at work. |

| Comment: | This daycare is horrible I thought I found a good day care I don’t know what she does to the kids but but child was terrified of her, makes me upset to not know why my child who was only 10 months would freak out when he would see her and soon as I mentioned it to her she panicked and kicked him out thank god she offered me 2 weeks I took him out that day |

| Comment: | Being a new Mom, it's hard to find someone who you can Trust with your kids. I find Norma and her staff to be loving, caring and as time goes on, Trusting. She is very accommodating to my schedule. I give her notice if I am running late. We love Norma. |

| Comment: | I have had both my children at Estrada Child Care for 3 years, and never have we had any problems. Very communicative, staff is professional,and my children are always well taken care of and love going to Norma's House. When we don't go to Norma's House all they say is that they can't wait to go. I would highly recommend this Daycare to everyone. |

| Comment: | So my son started in Dec 2016 at just 2 months old and for quite a few months thought I found the perfect day care until recently. He is now 11 months and I started noticing he would scream and cry in fear as soon as he would see Norma open the door but If he would see the helper open the door he would always get excited and extend his arms to go with her I had been keeping N eye on this as it started becoming a concern, as soon as I questioned Norma she kicked him out of the day care this showed she really had no interest in my child instead of being concerned and seeing what she could do to make him comfortable. Then she said it was because she couldn't keep him until 5 but yet she closes at 5 and on May 27 states she had openings for 5 spots ANY age . In daycare seems everyone pays a spot not hour and again she closes at 5. I also told her in May I was gonna need him there til 5 starting Sept she said she was losing kids to school and I gave her plenty of time to make arrangements which I also say 4 months is sufficient time and had she told me otherwise I would have started looking for other care since I knew my schedule was changing.. my biggest concern was not knowing why my child would scream and cry so if anyone who has toddlers in her care and has noticed this please message me or please observe this and if u start to notice again PLEASE MESSAGE ME.... |
