| Comment: | Miss Joann (Giavanna) and her mother Mrs. Lococo raised All 5 of my kids. I have so much respect for their family and how they made my kids part of their family. At 5 years old all of my kids tested on 6th grade levels due to her teaching them if and when they were ready to learn (at ages 4). I always had the greatest pictures my kids painted and made for each of the seasons and holidays. I love that they hold, hug and love on all of the children. I have gotten to know the parents of other kids in her daycare and they all felt the same affection toward this family. In fact, I was grateful to know they were still doing daycare so my grandson started going there and we have nothing but great things to say! We are truly blessed for this place and family! ***** |

| Comment: | Today is my daughters first day here who was actually recommended by family. I say that just to express how truly disappointed I am after my girls day here. My wife picked her up and Giovanna the owner of the daycare wasn’t even home, supposedly she was out running errands for the daycare. The front door was answered by her brother who lives there that we were never informed about and the mom of the family who was a lot older. My wife politely asked him a few questions like who he was? Do you live here? He replied with “I feel like i’m being interrogated” The worst part of all this crap is our daughter had a huge bruise/bump on her forehead. After asking numerous amounts of times about what happened the only answer we were given is it probably happened in the plastic playhouse that all the kids play in, we were also told that she didn’t cry which is absolute BS. Our daughter always cries when she gets hurt, there’s no possible way she didn’t cry. The part that makes me so infuriated is not being given the truth or any type of reassurance of the whole situation. It’s one thing to tell me I’m sorry she fell and hit her head, or whatever the case might be. Not knowing is even worse then just telling me what happened, that means nobody was paying attention. You don’t have that many kids to watch where you couldn’t be present for what happened, on top of that lie to me that she didn’t cry. YOU’VE MADE THIS FIRST DAYCARE EXPERIENCE A NIGHTMARE FOR MY WIFE AND I. I hope this opens any current customer or future customers eye about this place and definitely reconsider your kids being left here. |
