| Comment: | Kelsey has been more than helpful with my whole daycare experience. I am a single dad with 2 kids and she has been so helpful and understanding with my situation. She helped me sign up for childcare assistance as well as being available when I need her help. She has been such a positive influence for my children and her daycare environment is perfect. She has a nice clean home and provides healthy and nutritious meals for my children. Her handbook is nicely written and during our interview with her she explained all of her policies perfectly. I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t have her as a daycare provider for my children. It’s like a second home for them. |

| Comment: | I took my 17 month old daughter there and was very disappointed. Prepaid her for first 2 weeks and then another 2 weeks. Only sent my daughter there maybe 5 days due to all the changes in Kelsey schedule, her own child having staph infection, and Kelsey said it was okay for me to bring my daughter. Kelsey refuses to refund any money. My baby came home with bug bites. Kelsey notified me that her own kid had staph infection and still thought it was okay to bring my daughter. She wanted to take my daughter outside the home so she could take her kid to activities on numerous occasions. She wants 2 weeks paid vacation and was with her only since May Informed me she would be taking random 9 days off in June and July. Plus she moved in May after just hiring her a few weeks before. I recommend to never hire her. |
