This provider is unprofessional, lacks appropriate communication skills, and is confrontational with parents. She notifies you at the last minute that she will be closing, but will not give you any type of credit or refund for the closure, which leaves you having to find someone to take care of your child at the last minute. She takes excessive days off during the holidays, but still wants the full weekly rate. She changes the contract to meet her personal needs, which means her hours of operation change unexpectedly. She gets upset/agitated if you ask her questions about anything, as if you are not supposed to ask questions. Just keep looking if you are looking for quality in home daycare services. There is always a foul smell when you walk in the home. She is a con artist.
