| Comment: | I live across from this home very unsafe..concrete steps with balcony and i seen kids leave and can run straight to the steps to balcony if no one watches besides that the door is 2 feet from the street where cars dont even stop..i lived here for many yrs & i dont see kids stay for as long as 3 months..something not good going on there |

| Comment: | Been in this neighborhood/block for over 35yrs..sad to say everyone who enrolls there child normally transfers them to my friends daycare so that should tell u something |

| Comment: | Was going great for awhile until i noticed within 3 months it was a change of staff 3 times.Only 1 spoke ENGLISH?! I informed the owner of my child/Toddler having a bruise on her hip which became bumpy she said my child must've banged into something playing. I said yea kids do play a little rough sometimes so i let it pass. I took that until i informed her a few weeks later my child/Toddler is constantly crying when i dropped her off when seeing a certain staff member. Her remarks were She would OBSERVE (RARELY SEE HER THERE) I pick her up to find the owner (whos never there) claiming she was just trying to get my Child/Toddler..As i signed her out things just felt akward & quiet as if something happened & pretty much individuals prayed things wouldn't be noticed UNTIL i saw my daughter's ear filled with dried blood? I asked & the staff who doesnt even speak English.. But the owner asked and the reply was that my child was sleep & scratched her ear? My childs ear looked more like it was Skinned by being pulled that was it! I asked the owner for a incident report & that same night was sent a text on disenrolling my Child/Toddler? immediately pick her belongings up in the A.M.? I reported this Unprofessional Childcare provider & her Daycare because i dont know what was really going on with my daughter there while i worked plus the incident report The Owner wrote was all false??!? as if my child came/toddler came there with a old dried scab in her ear from home plus her staff member were teaching me how to cut her (LONG NAILS) Everything was contradicted because the scratch was freshly done plus pouring blood when i asked for tissue to clean Noticeable blood but no first aid kit was used so how was it a old scab that was said on a incident report. ACS saw my child & said my baby did not do that her scratch looks like it came from an ADULT. so i advise whoever if u dont want your child sitting & strapped half the day in a feeding high chair..(even at 6 yrs old) Don't trust here! Or better yet the sweet SMILING faces & characters because me being trustworthy i got cops called on me when picking up the report & belongings once i didn't sign that fake incident report & questioned her on the report. She claimed i tried attacking her? My sister who's licensed with a higher position working with special need children as a Teacher told her she's mandated to report her and told me several months back at my child bday party she noticed chipped paint & other violations. My child is in a safer environment with a great daycare now with a veteran licsense motherly woman who works alone and clean safe & there EVERYDAY & been doing childcare for 23yrs and has a safe backyard plus takes them out to do activities unlike here even though i was told they but never seen that. My opinion is study who has history & professionalism and doesn't text parents a night before work there not opening the daycare for (unexplainable) reasons..My advice BEWARE of There (caring attitude) & (Smiling face)..Goodluck on your search even its with this place. |
