| Comment: | This provider lost my child twice. She said she would be there when he got off the bus for the first time. She was not there and he didn’t know to get off because he was 6 years old. I found him on a school bus at the high school just before it left on another route. Then, she swore she would be there to meet him as he got off the bus. She was not there. The bus driver let my son off the bus and he walked up a country road by himself, wandered off into a large field and almost made it into the forest. Luckily a nice lady saw him wandering around. He was crying and lost. She figured out he should be at the daycare home. My son is now 11 years old and we still cry when we think about this day. As a mother, I have to stop myself from thinking about all the “what if’s” that could have been and remind myself he is still alive and perfect and with ME his mom and not some stranger or dead out in the woods. The absolute worst experience as a parent that I’ve ever had. EVER. |
