| Comment: | I have used jenny for almost a year now. She was great until she started having alot of call off and unexpected closing due to family issues and illness including covid several different times in the past couple months. She had heard I might be looking for new care and if I did to pleas let her know. So I did just that so she had time to find a new family. Instead of letting my child finish out her week she texted me a few hours later on the same day I let her know about the care change and told me my child would not be returning and that she had already filled my child spot.She can be a good sitter when she opened and actually has services. But she hits her 25 hours for the week and closes the rest of the week. I would have recommended her until she pulled this on me. If you need full time care I would look else where. |
