| Comment: | Outstanding warm and nurturing environment, with personal attention for each child. Angela and Blooming Kids show a real commitment to child development: mental, physical, and emotional. Our son (a preemie) started at 12 weeks of age and he is thriving under Angela's care. Highly recommend! |
