Comment:

Glynis is the most unprofessional daycare provider ever. She told me my child could not come the next day because he said his head hurt and that meant he’s getting sick. My child was 100% fine, he’s 5 so I asked him about his head hurting he said he was just coping another child who was saying that. I asked her if I monitor him tonight and he’s fine can he come, she said “sure but if he complains at all you gotta pick him up” however keep in mind she never bothered to call and tell me he was complaining about his head. She is always stuck with her face in her phone. I kindly have my 2 week notice for taking my child out as her policy states and rather then being respectful she called and told me to just consider that his last day, when I asked why? Did I or my child do something wrong. She said no I’m honoring your request, I pointed out that she is not honoring it cause it’s a 2 week notice, she said “well I got other kids on the wait list!” And hung up on me. She also locked the front door at 6:30 while she was on her phone and ignored us parents outside knocking on the door for roughly 10 mins while she sat there on the phone. Never apologized or even knowledge what just happened, another worker there yelled to us from the back door for us to drop off there.

Comment: To the parents above,Childcare programs can't steal money from (us) parents. The majority of childcare centers require payments up front. So no one stole your money. You are paying for your child's space. When your child is sick keep them home and yes, your payment is still due, I read it in the contract and also read As long as your child is enrolled your fee is due. A doctor does not own the daycare and can not make a daycare take your child just because you have a doctor note. To the lady statement above, If a provider calls you to pick up your child, clearly there's a problem. My friend referred me in 2014 and my children are well taken care of by Mr and Mrs Jackson for 8 years. If you want to know about a provider read their DCF inspections and complaints it's public information and accurate. These are angry parents who are trying to Sabotage a business because they couldn't make their own rules. Mr and Mrs Jackson never disappointed me or my friend, they are EXCELLENT providers to my kids for 8 years and my kids love them. Mr and Mrs Jackson had my friend 3 kids who are now adults and now they are taking care of her grandkids.

Comment: Seems like the reviews are parents who don't read their contract and just sign it. I've NEVER had problems and the problems the reviews are complaining about are their fault. The paperwork is Department of Children and Families rule not the daycare rule. If your child is absent for any reason payment is still due, it'sin your contract, READ it. Department of Children and Families are aware of the employees. You can't shut a business down because you don't like rules. I follow the rules and I pay with no problems. She took care of my kids and my grand kids NO PROBLEMS

Comment: If I could have given 0 Stars still would have been To Many. This is the worst provider EVER. Stole money and closed last minute. She also called and made me pick up my foster children and refused the Dr Release. Also came to pick up my foster son and she left him with her husband without my consent! She needs to have her license taken and closed down.

Comment: My sister has used this facility less than 2 weeks. She has a brand new baby who has never been away from her. The first week he only went two times. When it came to being him back she told my sister that she will be closed at the last minute. He was gone from the daycare for about 4 days straight which means now he will start his emotions all over again with being separated from his mom. The second issue is payment. My sister pays daily which averages out more than a weekly payment. She verified with my sister if she was paying weekly or daily. My sister stated daily and it was ok. Days later it was an issue. Today 3/29/22, my sister arrived to drop her child off and she accepted him. She waited until my sister drove off to go to work to call her to pick him up because of paperwork missing. I am a business owner myself. This is definitely not the way to handle matters. The correct thing would have been to give someone time when it's literally has not been a complete two weeks. Also, with the pandemic things are a bit different when it comes to paperwork and scheduling to pick them up at a doctor's office. Payment should always be discussed with signed documentation so there is no confusion later. Thirdly, you don't accept a baby then call a working mom to return and pick him up. Not professional at all. Stay away and find someone else.
