| Comment: | Absolutely no complaints. She's knows how to take care of children. I appreciate her dearly. Anyone who had a problem with her has a problem themselves. All you have to do is follow policy and it's simple. Like I said no complaints here. Would recommend her to anyone |

| Comment: | I urge you, if you care about your kids and their well-being do not send your baby / toddler here. I am the sweetest & most communicative person you could meet. I do not get into altercation. The lady who owns this establishment was very very nasty with me because I asked her "nicely" that is about her sanitation process when it comes to baby bottles because she asked me to send my daughter with only 1 bottle for a full 8hrs. & I usually send 2-3 so they can be switched out throughout the day. Mrs. Frances stated that my concern was shenanigans and unnecessary and did not answer my question, then proceeded to tell me she gives herself a break and to not bring my 7mo daughters back until next Wednesday after she pleaded with me that she wanted my business, I paid & signed paperwork & still had 2 days of childcare left. Not to mention after the first or 2nd day I thought my babies parts looked tampered with but my daughter had mild reactions so I thought she was ok. But ever since my daughter has been there, she showed very sketchy signs after the first initial day. At first I had nothing but good things to say she was loud nice and animated . But then she changed very drastically the level of professionalism declined very rapidly. I mean no disrespect but after all was said and done I really believe she might be insane and / or on something. Idk I just know the way this lady carried on was very unprofessional but I tried to record the call because I kept it very professional I just want y'all to know my review is genuine and if you value the true care of your kids while they're in your absence please do not send them here. I was scared for my baby once I sat and thought about everything. But she is fine . Thank God . Well that's all stay blessed ???????????? |

| Comment: | Mrs Frances is the jam and the jelly. She took care of my daughter for 2 years and was very flexible with us. She gave us video updates every day and she truly cares about the kids. We moved to Virginia and had a tearful goodbye because our daughter loves her so much. She and Steve were amazing. |
