My daughter was young when she first started going to Rose. After a while she started complaining that my daughter was not doing her work like she was supposed to. I tried talking to my daughter about it but she completely shut down and wouldn’t talk about it. I started to grow concerned. My daughter is very outgoing and happy. One day I came to pick her up and she was sitting at the kitchen table in a pull-ups and nothing else. (she was 4 and had already been potty trained for over 2 yrs) Yes, there were boys in the house and other parents picking up and dropping off. I was furious! Asked her why she was sitting in just a pull up,  she has said my daughter had an accident. Asked why she didn’t change her clothes and she said she didn’t have any spares. Then asked why I wasn’t called?! She didn’t think she needed to. She dealt with it. My daughter never had accidents at this age and still doesn’t. When I asked my daughter about she said that Rose wouldn’t let her go. I should have trusted my mothers intuition and pulled her sooner. Horrible experience!

Comment: After what I thought to be careful review I signed my 1 1/2 yr old daughter into care with Rose in 2015. She seemed friendly and loving to all the children; however, on the second day of scheduled care when dropping off my daughter I heard cussing and yelling from rose to a child who was crying. No I did not see what was going on nor did I care -IT IS NEVER okay to talk that way to children. I ended up calling CPS but due to me not seeing the event nothing came of the situation. I immediately wirhdrew my daughter that day. Rose was upset as she was "given permission" from parents to speak that way to a child with disabilities. She also was extremely difficult when I attempted to get my daughters diapers returned. I would NEVER recommend this provider.
