am the provider the bad review is not what happpened the baby go the rash at home told her to take her to the dr very fussy lady boyfrieend was doing drugs baby could not get near any kids she might catch  something did not cash her checks until she started told me I did not wash my hands baby was changed always never had a wet daiper was only in bouncy chair very little could not put her on the floor as per the mother she didnt tell the truth
