Our daily lessons are presented in a variety of ways including, but not limited to: music, finger plays, creative dramatics, stories, fitness and movement, arts and craft activities with a variety of materials.

All of our lessons are Biblically based, while incorporating preschool and Kindergarten readiness skills. We teach children how God and the Bible are active in our everyday world.  Most of our lessons come from Boz the Bear’s Preschool book.  For more info on Boz, check out: www.bozthebear.com

GG also maintains an online blog for parents to keep up-to-date on our activities. We would love for you to follow our blog and participate in all that is going on here at GG!  Go to: www.GodsGardenHomePreK.blogspot.com

Comment: my son has been going to miss Jess for a few years now and he absolutely LOVES it!! she is an amazing teacher and she still has lots of fun! she teaches children GREAT respect and manors! Its hard to get a 9 year old boy to like or enjoy going to a day/child care but my son has never once came home and didn't have a great time. He looks forward to going there witch is a great help for me!!! I highly recommend her !

Comment: I am so disappointed in this child care center. I am a deployed Soldier who's son was going to this daycare for about a week. My son is literally one of the sweetest kids and for the week that my child was under the care of the provider, his behavior had been perfect. It wasn't until a substitute art teacher came in that my son's behavior was deemed so "terrible" that my husband had to get off work to come pick him up. Mind you, when my husband arrived my son was smiling (per usual) and sitting peacefully. For my 1-year-old son to be lied on regarding his behavior because this substitute didn't want to watch him is disgusting. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. When confronted about this the daycare owner stated that she didn't know my child was 1, when it was made clear by my husband at the time of his admission. She stated that if she would've known she wouldn't have accepted him, because she only takes 2 year olds... then later changed the age limit to 3 when caught up in her lie.

Comment: Can I say WOW?! Miss Jessica is an upbeat, caring, and spot on home childcare provider. She obviously has knowledge of the children in her care and how to educate young children, in general. Her social interactions with the children and her encouragement of interaction between them is amazing to watch and shows she has a real grasp on the emotional and social development of young children. Out of everything I observed at God's Garden Faith Based Day Care and Preschool, I would have to say her ability to keep a level head and smile on her face impressed me. She truly enjoys acting silly during dances and making funny voices during story time, which shows the children she is invested in them and allows them to invest in her, as well.
