Comment: I’ve taken my children there for many years. From the time of infancy to over the age of 6 and never had any issues with the staff or my children being “neglected”. They have always been kind and treated us like family. As far as taking my kids to their homes to play, to actually spending nights at one of the employees homes. Thank you love n care for making my daycare experience so enjoyable.

Comment: I have had had nothing but bad experiences here. My child hates going, but unfortunately no other daycares are taking the schedule we need to accommodate. My child has had blisters and rashes from lack of wiping/changing at the facility. Funny, on the weekends they clear up, then they are back the next daycare day. I also had grandparents pick my daughter up once and they let my child go with them without even asking me if it was ok (I had not informed them). And when the grandparents picked my child up, the diaper was soaked with pee, so much so that most of the pants were covered in pee as well. Clearly this was a LOT more than one pee, and there were workers around that didn't even notice. On top of that, my child has a basic food allergy that we have been fighting with the daycare to conform to. Which has not worked yet - in two years. My child still comes home and pukes and has diarrhea probably half of the daycare days. None of this seems to bother the daycare, I am so ready to move on. Unfortunately there don't seem to be any good daycares in town that take kids. I would NOT recommend this daycare to anyone, even someone I disliked. No child deserves to be neglected. Especially when we are paying the providers to take care of them!!!

I took my daughter and my son to love n care day care. My daughter was 2 and my son was a newborn at the time. At first it seemed like a nice friendly place. Then I started noticing things that I really didn't like. Coworkers would be ignoring kids and sitting around playing on thier phones. My daughter loved the first 2 days then she never wanted to go again. I picked up the kids the 3rd day of them being there and I noticed my son's groin was bleeding a little bit. One of the workers tried accusing me saying I probably wasn't wiping him good enough, qich I lift and wipe every crease. When my husband or I would go to pick the kids up my son would be in his car seat all ready to go, but the daycare didn't know the exact time we were picking them up. I told them I didn't want my son in his car seat and they told me that was the only way to get him to sleep. Which was weird because he didnt like being in it. I still didn't want him in it so I supplied a bed he could sleep in. They continued to keep him in his car seat and only fed him once or twice when he would be there for 8 hours or more. I know this because they have these feeding and diaper changing forms. Then he got a rash and I supplied ointment and corn starch and they let the rash get so bad it blistered. My husband picked the kids up one day and my son was in his car seat again when he got there, he was buckled up with a blanket over the top of the car seat to where you couldn't see him. He got him home and I noticed he had a poopy diaper on so I went to change it and the poo was dried to his skin and half way up his back, and all over his clothes. They said he didn't poop there. Lie. They said they wanted the car seat there so if they had to go somewhere they could take him, not leave him in it all day. I have saved texts from what one of the coworkers had said and she admited to neglecting him, and she didnt care. If its not ok for parents to do this then its not ok for daycares.I've talked to CPS and they investigated but my husband told the day care so they already knew they were going to get a visit. The judge said I still took them there so I need to still pay them. I payed almost $600 for one month of child neglect not child care. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could.
