| Comment: | Our family felt as though the "loving, caring, nurturing, and safe environment" that Impressions Family Child Care promises was not upheld and kept with all children in their child care (ie. with our child). After our family felt that Impressions Family Child Care had an overall negative energy and the child care provider had a negative attitude towards our infant, we chose to leave. Although communication was adequate throughout, we did not feel the quality of child care was up to our standards for our child, and we chose to seek better options elsewhere. |
