Hope is very unprofessional. She is always closed for holidays like MLK Day and Columbus Day where the parent has to find alternate children. When dropping off my child and picking up she was often not home and I had to call her to find out where my child was or where should I bring my child. She agreed to watch my child after her traditional business hours to accommodate my work schedule but frequently showed signs that she did not want to do it. Then on a Friday night she sent a text message stating that effective immediately she will not be watching my child anymore leaving me with a day and a half to find alternate care. I also had to reach out to her several times to retrieve my child's items as she would not respond. I do not recommend her at all.
