Description: UPDATED APRIL 15, 2024: I have been a LICENSED child care provider for 32 years and live in Edina. I am easily accessible to Crosstown 62, Hwy 100 and 494. I have a C-2 license which allows me to "float" between those requirements and those of a C-1 license. Currently I am operating under C-1 rules. ATTENTION TEACHERS: I WILL NOW BE WORKING FROM LABOR DAY TO JUNE 1 EACH YEAR. ON SEPT 3, 2024, I WILL HAVE AN OPENINGS TODDLERS AND/OR CHILDREN 24 MONTHS OR OLDER. I believe in play-based, natural learning. I have materials and a designated area for the older children to use to cut and color, etc. Also, I have some educational computer games which I allow the older children to use occasionally. Children need to be allowed to BE CHILDREN, to play, to explore, and to learn in a natural, loving setting! I feel that the most important things they learn with me is how to have positive, respectful interactions with others in a caring, nurturing environment.
