Comment: My daughter started at Morgan Hill Daycare when she started kindergarten in 2015 (shes now in 4th grade) and has been there since during the school year and over the summer. Leaving her with Miss Val feels more like a drop off at a Grandparents then it does a daycare - there are always crafts, activities, holiday celebrations and don't forget the Bingo! The summers are filled with field trips, swimming, outdoor activities and an end of summer carnival. My youngest is so excited about being able to go to Morgan Hill Daycare once she is in Kindergarten as well. I would recommend Val and Morgan Hill Daycare to anyone.

Comment: My child has attended Morgan Hill Daycare for more than a year. This includes throughout the regular school year (morning and after) and as well as the summer. My child has enjoyed attending Morgan Hill Daycare and not once has ever complained about not liking it here. In the summer there were field trips and children were outside playing when I would pick up my child. At the end of the day, children have the choice of watching tv and playing video games while they wait for their parents to come pick them up. If not there were other activities provided for them such as arts and crafts or board games to play. My child was never bored and at times when asked if they wanted to get picked up early or to stay a little longer, they would choose to stay. This is a great daycare and Mrs. Val is very caring and understanding. I will continue to use Morgan Hill Daycare and suggest to others who are in search of a daycare to do so as well knowing that their children will be in good hands.

I have been with this provider for 9 years! I have three children that have been under her care. She is reasonably priced, and sets clear expectations for you and your child. I am pleased with her cleanliness, and I know my children are safe in her care. She abides by the rules and regulations according to PA childcare guidelines. She cares about her children, and is always open to parent concerns and questions. My children are not always well behaved and have been disciplined in her care, but never hurt. I recommend this care provider!

Comment: I enrolled my two boys at Morgan Hill Day Care at the beginning of the year and I couldn’t be more pleased. My boys love Ms Val and I feel completely at ease when they are in her care. They enjoyed numerous field trips, relay races, crafts and games and lots of swimming and out door play all summer long. Their favorite is when Ms Val does bingo and they win all sorts of cool prizes. During the school year they get an array of offered breakfasts that Ms Val provides and she safely gets them on and off the bus. After school my kids do their homework, get snack and play outside til I pick them up. I couldn’t ask for a better facility as it is always very clean and has tons of toys for them to play with. I highly recommend this day care.

Comment: I have nothing but great things to say about Morgan Hill Day Care. Both my children attended and still bring up fond memories of spending the summer there. Miss Val was great!!

Negative review is complete fiction. Zero hesitation in referring to Morgan Hill Daycare.

Comment: As a parent who moved here a year and a half ago from a different state it wasn’t easy to just leave my daughter with anyone. I asked around and went to different places to look at my options. After speaking to several people they all recommended Morgan Hill day care and had nothing but good things to say. It’s such a relief to leave my daughter there every morning because I know she’s in good hands. When I pick up my daughter she has her homework done and pretty often she comes home with arts and crafts she puts together there. In the summer they have a nice quantity of fun trips they go on. This summer my daughter even learned how to swim there and boy was she proud to show it off. Major holidays are always fun! I can expect my daughter to bring home projects she puts together there! We love it there and will always recommend Ms. Val to everyone

Comment: I'm 17 now, but between the ages of 4-10, I went to this daycare. I remember Mrs.Nolasco as a woman who cared deeply about her profession. I was new to the school district when I first began going to the daycare, and at the time, I had no friends. She helped me to find friends at school through her daycare. My mornings and afternoons are filled with memories of field trips to new places, time with friends, and a welcoming experience. Mrs.Nolasco's field trips were always an exciting time; she'd take us to places like Jacobsburg park, petting zoos, and hayrides at Trauger's farm. All field trips, of course, had to be permitted by parents, and afterwards we normally got ice cream at Rita's. Upon asking my parents for their input, my father claims that I was never sitting in front of the television watching cartoons. I was always one of the last children to leave, and seeing as there were no other children around and I was uninterested in cartoons, Mrs.Nolasco would allow me to do arts and crafts until my father came to get me. In the summer, we were allowed to swim in Mrs.Nolasco's pool, and lifeguards were always present and equipped with ice pops (and floaties for the younger kids). "Mrs.Val," as we called her, always held activities for the kids, in the summer months especially. We'd play soccer or kickball in one big group, just outside of her house. As school started back up, children did their homework as soon as they arrived at the daycare in the homework room, where Mrs.Nolasco would help us with our homework from school. No child was left without assistance. Afterwards, children were permitted to play. When it became cold out, we were still allowed outside for short intervals of time if we had the proper clothes. There was no alienation, either- if one child couldn't go outside because of the cold, nobody did. Mrs.Nolasco always found other ways to occupy us, though. We would play bingo (complete with prizes for the winner!), go fish, or play dress up a nd play with the Barbies. Children could draw on the chalkboard or play with action figures and castles as well as plenty of other stimulating activities. To conclude, children and parents should expect a welcoming experience, field trips, and long-lasting friendships.

Comment: I would discourage anyone from letting their children go here. The owner is one of the least qualified child care providers I have ever met. If you want your children to sit and watch TV and play video games with no structure whatsoever for 4+ hours a day then maybe it's for you. She can't handle kids that don't veg out in front of the TV because she has no strategies to redirect them other than yelling at them to shut up and punishing them. The owner thinks if you don't beat your children, you aren't disciplining them at all. If your child misbehaves, she will suggest you aren't beating them enough. If you want a better experience for your kids, I highly suggest going somewhere with more structure and qualified staff. Unfortunately, there are only 2 other places that will bus your kids to the local school. Just pray they have an opening.
