| Comment: | This is by far the worst daycare I have encountered. Had a 3 and a 1 year old go here for seven months. Multiple times I would pick them up with the 1 year old onesie not put on correctly and the 3 year old's pull-up overflowing with pee. When we asked about the pull-up, we were told he pees when he sees his parents and he was dry just 45 minutes before. We later were made to seem it was our fault and she took no accountability for not changing his pull-up. She laughed at us and told us it was because we were divorced he pees his pants. She later terminated our enrollment effective immediately. We asked if we were going to get our refund check 4 times and she did not respond at all. The owner makes the kids wear a mask and multiple times we noticed she was not wearing a mask when we dropped off and picked up. The owner is extremely rude when you ask a question and considers it complaining, which was the reason she terminated our enrollment. There were also times where the three year old had to eat lunch in a pack n play for no reason. During lunch, the kids are not allowed to talk at all as well. I wouldn't wish this daycare on my worst enemy. If I could go negative/0 stars I would. |

| Comment: | My daughter went to this daycare and we were very happy with the care that was provided daily. The staff did an amazing job with teaching and taking care of each child. This daycare was definitely almost home, because it felt like home. |
