Mrs. Hamm and her daughter are the most unprofessional child care provider. Their hours of operation are lies, she opens and closes for business when she feels fit and still expects parents to pay for services when she is not open. She is very inconsistent and not reliable. She closed for a two week period with little notice for myself and other parents to find child care on short notice. She and her daughter does not adequately prepare the children for their nexts steps such as head start/ kindergarten. I never received an update on my. Hold progress as far as learning or any struggles he might be experiencing. Mrs. Hamm violated me and my child’s hippa and Ferpa rights when she shared personal information to other parents. She and her daughter are very rude and does not no how to conduct business on a professional level. I encourage parents not to enroll their child/children into this horrible daycare.
