| Comment: | As a first time mom, I was instantly put at ease by Ms Ura’s confident and reassuring presence as a caregiver, and by how she is able to address the children’s needs in a caring and focused manner, not overwhelmed by tired children’s crying or by the active playing that they engage in. The play space is on ground level, has large windows; is child-friendly, and extremely clean, and she doesn’t have a TV in the playroom, which was a huge factor for us. Also, great COVID precautions. I am glad we found each other and, as a nurse, I can confidently recommend Ms Ura’s daycare to anyone. |

| Comment: | Personally would not send my child here. She is not professional and is very rude also leaves kids unattended. She always causes conflicts with parents. |
