| Comment: | Miss Fran provides such a warm, friendly, and caring environment for children. I have two small ones in her center and they both love to go to Miss Frans and play with friends and Miss fran. Her center is extremly clean and organized. My eldest went to a large cookie cutter day care and this is above and beyond better! |
