| Comment: | Guiding star daycare is truly a dream come true. An environment where you can successfully complete a full days work with out one worry about your child's wellbeing. We all know how hard it is the first couple of weeks when dealing with separation anxiety for both parents and children, Ms.Ynelda guided us both. She reassured me daily, per requests, until I was fully comfortable. She is the most kind hearted person I've ever came across. Some people are destined to be in certain fields and one thing for sure Ms. Ynelda was called to be a teacher. I wouldn't trade her for anything in this world. Thank you guiding star daycare for the service you provide. |

| Comment: | The Guiding Star Daycare is by far one of the best in the bronx! Professional, friendly, and educational are just three words that best describe my experience at the daycare. The staff was excellent and provided a “home away from home,” for the children I had the opportunity to have attend. I certainly recommend that you consider bringing your child here as well if you want a daycare that is super clean, safe, and will certainly work on your child’s educational/ socialization needs. |

| Comment: | Guiding Star Daycare is by far on of the best family daycare in the Bronx. The staff is amazing treating there children as family. As far as academics your child will be ready for pre-k or kindergarten . They go above and beyond at Guiding Star. You can have child there and have a piece of mind while at work. I will recommend this daycare to all my family and friends. |

| Comment: | This is the best place ever for my babies. Ynelda is an amazing teacher and has thought my twins sooooo much in the past few months they have been with her. I’m always excited to see what they come home saying because it’s always something new. I never would have been able to teach them everything they have learned already, my babies are safe and not only do they have friends and have a good time but they learn a tremendous amount. BEST DAYCARE EVER! |

| Comment: | We have had a very positive experience at Guiding Star!! There are only great things that can be said about Ms. Ynelda and her team. My children have been enrolled for over 5 years and we simply couldn’t be more grateful for their dedication, nurturing and professionalism. The expectations are very clear from day one! And each child is treated with so much love and care. They have managed to create a safe space where parents and children are a community; especially with the whole Covid-19 madness. Ms. Ynelda quickly adapted by leading Zoom calls and assigning Google classroom worksheets to help normalize these difficult times. By far, this is not a traditional daycare; there is a genuine interest to see children grow and learn beyond early childhood years. |

| Comment: | I strongly recommend the Guiding Star Daycare, My daughter has been coming here for the past Three years and i can proudly say that most of the things that she has learned over the years have been taught by Miss Inelda. From potty training, abc’s, counting, shapes, colors, continents, sign language etc among many other things. As a working mom is hard to try to manage work, home and finding enough time to properly teach your kids all these things and i I’m very thankful for miss Inelda helping plant the foundation on the basic learning skills that my daughter has learned. Even now that I’m staying at home i like to sent my daughter to day care because She is constantly learning, The guiding star day care is not your typical day care where they just have your kids playing and watching TV all day...... Yes they play and have birthday parties, holidays party etc ( which by the way they look so much fun and all kids look extremely happy in the pictures and videos) The great thing about the guiding star day care is how everything is structure. Ms inelda focus more on developmental skills/ academic, They follow a schedule for everything they do and you can be sure that There is not a time on the day that your childS time will be wasted. Even when playing they are learning. I love how confident ,outspoken and friendly my daughter has become. She love going to day care and love every single one of her friend. Look no further if your need a caring and loving environment lo leave your kids, The Guiding Star day care is the best choice we had made. |

| Comment: | When Ynelda chose the name Guiding Star, she knew exactly what kind of program she would be running. She knew it would embody the characteristics that lead to successful children. She knew that she would be guiding our children in all of the right directions and teaching them from young, to shoot for the stars! Not only is this daycare based on Board of Education learning, but teaches our children morals and values, sharing and caring for one another and putting health and safety first and foremost. They potty train, practice healthy hygiene and self care. They practice SELF LOVE ?. Lessons vary from numbers, shapes and letters to weather, science and history, to name a few! Children at Guiding Star are taught how to be independent learners and thinkers and are encouraged to be themselves! They practice social skills, decision making and problem solving. They learn and practice community and togetherness every single day. And what's amazing is that despite the age differences many times the children all learn together! So theres just always an overlapping- reinforcing of learning! When my children come home they're excited to share their knowledge with mommy and daddy! Those "noodles" are shaken and stretched evey single day, lol! Even their artwork reflects how their minds are learning and exploring! I hang them around the house. I feel proud of them! As a parent you SEE the growth and there isn't a greater feeling! Can't forget their parties! Holiday parties are filled with meaning and tradition (my favorite) and birthdays are always a fun celebration! Because each child is celebrated, each child is nurtured and each child at the Guiding Star is loved. Can't say enough! Still wonder how both my children come home so clean everyday, it's amazing. They're ages 2 and 3 B/G (10 months apart) and we've been attending Guiding Star two years now. Little brother had a very difficult time transitioning and Ynelda, Ms. Evie and I worked together to make it a smooth and comforting one for him. It really speaks to how your child will succeed from the beginning. Your children are ready with the tools they need when they leave. They care. They communicate. They mean business, and they mean it with LOVE. Thanks Guiding Star, for being a second home and God Bless You! |

| Comment: | The staff is amazing with kids. Taking my daughter to daycare was easy because I felt like she was in a safe place. They would always update me on what her day was. Though my daughter was young but seeing the other kids work on the wall was amazing as you g as they was they was learning things a kindergarten would learn. I will only trust them with my kids. |

| Comment: | I highly recommend Guiding Star Daycare to anyone who is seeking childcare that is professional and also in an intimate and caring setting. I have been a client since 2013. All three of my children have, and still attend, this establishment. I currently have a 4 year old and a 15 month old attending. Outside of your own home, Guiding Star Daycare is the safest place for your child. As an educator myself, I appreciate the intentional thought and organization Ynelda has put into her daycare. As a breastfeeding mother, I am grateful that Ynelda is not only trained in best feeding practices but is personally invested in ensuring my children were happy and reaching their milestones. My oldest child had excellent preparation for pre-k, and I believe that she would not have been as excited about learning if it were not for the experience she had with Ynelda and Eevie. (She still asks to go to Guiding Star Daycare with her siblings!) I am happy to say that my youngest two children are already on their way to being eager learners, as well. Besides the focus on academic and developmental skills, there is just as much attention to developing each child's socio-emotional skills. My children have learned to make appropriate decisions, build their confidence, articulate and manage their feelings, and learn how to thrive in a collaborative environment with other children. I am equally impressed with how Ynelda has managed the current COVID-19 pandemic. I appreciate the open communication she holds with all parents, and the dedication she has in practicing utmost health and safety procedures. Guiding Star has become an integral part of my family. My children consider Guiding Star a second home. You will not be disappointed with your experience. |

| Comment: | The establishment is very clean and organized. The children have a schedule and are there to learn. Its more like a preschool than a daycare . But above all the children are loved and well taken care of. Its hard to leave your toddler and go off to work... Guiding Star Day Care makes it easy... I know when I leave my son there he is safe, learning and with ppl the genuinely care. |

| Comment: | Prior to having my daughter enrolled at this daycare I was on the waiting list for almost a year. Thats how good she is! Everyone wants to enroll their child there. Throughout the year I tried two different daycares and neither compared to this place. I called every few weeks just to see If space was available and as the opportunity presented itself I withdrew her from where she was at and put her in Guiding star. The best decision I have ever made! My daughter is now two years old and they have taught her the abc's, numbers 1-20, primary colors, days of the week, 12 months and so much more! They even potty trained her. Not only is it an educational atmosphere they are the most loving people and very trust worthy. I am happy to have my daughter there and will keep her until there until its time for her to go to school. |

| Comment: | My 2 yr old daughter attends pt a few days a week and immediately we saw n heard the difference in her speech n social awareness. The staff cares for kids like their own n a big focus on academics, exploration n positive behaviors, manners. Love it! |
