I give Ms Victoria only 1 star as the option for 0 was not available. I only used Victoria for 2 weeks and it was 2 weeks too long. I went to pick up my 1 year old son early one day and could here him crying from the street. I went to the backyard and he was restrained and slumped over in a stroller crying hysterically! I counted 12 children which included to very small infants and only 1 adult! This was my son's first time in daycare and this experience has completely ruined our trust and made us doubt daycare providers. She prides herself and her staff on being fingerprinted and background checked. That means absolutely nothing!! Please be very cautious when leaving your precious children with strangers as they are not always who they say they are!

Comment: Victoria Vaezinia is an excellent daycare provider. She and her staff have worked wonders with my very stubborn and picky 21/2 yr old son. They have helped potty train him, diligently, and have gotten him to eat a variety of different foods, fruits, veggis and even prunes when his belly gets plugged up. My work schedule is why we have had to relocate daycares, otherwise, we would stay here as long as she would allow! Her helpers are just as wonderful and attentive. They love the kids as if they were their own.

If potty training is a goal this may not be the place for you. Things started out great but slowly became disappointing. When you ask about potty training sounds like she was willing to assist but infact I was told I could send undies for my child and if my child peed I would have to pay to clean her carpets in her home and if my child pooped my child would be taken outside and cleaned with a waterhose. We all know waterhose water can at times be cold. This is unacceptable as a provider and seems like a form of child abuse in my eyes for a kid training to potty. Also when you pick your child up you will find the provider on the house phone alot and will not hang up to interact with parents picking their kid up who may want to ask her questions about their childs day. I felt it was unappropiate business behavior especially when parents are paying for their child in her care. You will also find your infant/pre-toddler in a playpen alot when you come to pick your child up. She needs to ask the county about more infant appropiate equipment the kids can sit up in and watch the other kids running around the backyard. And when she has babies in the playpens she needs to be at a more reasonable distance to the kids and not about 2 ft away on the phone paying no attention. As I arrived oneday to pick up my child reached over in the playpen to pickup my child and found his arm stuck in a toy that came up with him. She was on the telephone chatting away so she didnt even see it.The next day I arrived to find her holding my child with a deep 2 1/2 to 3 inch scratch and she tried to say it was my childs nails. I stood my grounds and let her know there is no way my childs nails did such a scratch. Even a doctor said theres no way. I believe it was her family dog personally. For infants it may not be a good idea as well as they are taken outside with the toddlers in extreme heat and cold weather conditions. You may find your child over clothed or under clothed in the various conditions. Though she has a staff to work in her absence you should be properly notified she will be out and her staff will be filling in her absence so parents arent like where is she.I was really upalled to read the recent violation online regarding her workers immunizations not up to date or records not properly updated at the facility.I hope my review helps any parent looking to place their child here. Things may start off great and sound good in the tour and interview process but think carefully this your kid!!!

He came home with marks on him repeatedly with no explanation. Was kept restrained in a stroller every time I picked him up. Couldn't trust her, pulled my son out within 2 weeks of enrolling.

My child was in her care, he came home one day with his front tooth chipped. Nobody knew what happened to him. Another opportunity, he came home with stick whip marks all over his legs. I pulled him out right away.
