| Comment: | I signed up in November and my grandchild attended 2 days. On the 2nd day he was there he started having a runny nose. I called the provider to let her know and she rewuested that I keep him HOME until he no longer had a runny nose! What! isnt that what kids get at daycare? she also stated her licensor was coming so I needed to keep him at home. I kept him home at her requet and he started December 6, 2022. On December 7 Luna Provider told me she had a meeting with him and he stated he did not like it there. SHe said it was not a good fit for him but that they give kids a two week trial. That evening I was informed he was forced to sit at the table until all his lunch was eaten. On December 8th I informed Luna daycare the children would no lomger be attending Luna Daycare. And yet she still wants to charge me $300 for the administrative fees (Even tho nothing else is DUE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away form this provider she seems to lack in fair business practices. And if your not of her ethnicity best off to go somewhere else for child care. |
