| Comment: | My nephew and niece attended this daycare, it is absolutely disappointing and horrible how my nephew was treated. On multiple occasions my nephew was sent home with bumps the size of a baseball on his head due the head teacher not paying attention to him. I understand your 1 person with many children but this is absolutely ridiculous that it happened more than once. One day my nephew was sent home because he has busted his head open to the point where he needed stitches. Once again she was not properly watching him. My nephew would sit in his soiled diapers until being picked up resulting in his bum being blistering red. My sister was obligated to pay $21/ a week per New York State agreement but for some reason my sister ended up pay $200/a month. When asked for the paperwork to switch daycares she refused to fill it out because my sister “had an outstanding balanced”, which she paid for weeks prior. All we want is the paperwork so we can walk away from this whole situation. |
