| Comment: | Laura was an awesome provider for my granddaughters. She communicated her needs & their needs very well. She provided a safe & fun environment that they still ask about going back to. |

| Comment: | Laura lies about her rates and changes them as she feels none of the 5 stories of rates she gave matches her contract she terminated care without a 2 week notice and was paid upfront until the end of March 2022 all because we questioned her about the stories and prices she told myself and my husband we have all 5 stories and prices in writing from Laura herself these 5 stories changed within a 2 week period week 1 1 story the other 4 came week 2 some even in the same day even an accountant couldn't make sense of her stories and math logic it didn't add up |
