| Comment: | Michelle and Scott brought their dogs into their local animal shelter because they had bit people TWICE after surrendering them ( or euthanasia, their plan) to the shelter, all documented, they then convinced the board that they needed them back against the advisement of the shelter workers and the county animal control. They received their dog back after it was placed on a 10 day quarantine, to be placed in a home with a daycare. A dog with a bite record should never be placed in a home with small children. |
