| Comment: | The first week or two was ok. Then, the children were absolutely neglected there in my opinion and I feel horrible that it took me a little over a month to see that the owner puts on a show while you are around. Listen to what your children tell you about their experience. My daughter let me know that Raquel would not give her food, my baby kept getting hurt and Raquel would say she wasn't around to know what happened. She was the only worker at that time. Then when I told her I wasn't coming back Raquel took my children's belongings and refused to give them back to me--including blankets and outfits meant to be changes of clothes. That made me worry that she was mental. She will harass you while you are working did not keep the babies separated from the big children when she left the room according to her own admission. Those kids were just too rough because they needed more supervision. All young children do. |
