She says that she’s 24hours, which is not true. I set up specific timing for my daughter to be in her care (5:30am-5:30pm) due to me having to be at work by 6am and not getting off until as late as 5:12pm. She initially told me that she won’t be able to get her that early, and she wouldn’t be open until 7:30am. I worked around it and had someone drop her off at 7:30am. She then tells me that she closes at 5pm, which is not what I requested in the application and not what we discussed. Needless to say, I had to leave work early so that I could pick her up. Today, I arrived to drop my daughter off at 5:25am (she told me that she is now available to get her at the original time that I requested and I arrived a few minutes early), and mind you, I did text the day before as I always do letting her know that my child will be there at 5:30am.. Her response was that she would be closing early (3pm) due to personal reasons. Nevertheless, she did not answer the phone, nor the door, nor text. She then proceeded to text me an hour later (around 6:40am) saying that she thought the drop off time was 6:30am (mind you, I texted the night before saying 5:30am, not to mention 5:30am was the time in which I stated I needed care in the application). Very unprofessional!! And with everything going on as far as COVID, I am really hesitant to keep changing my child's childcare facility but this is unacceptable and my child will not be returning.
