| Comment: | Prices increased to high for weekly rate, on food program, has changed and increased for families to pay to for her to have full 2 weeks of paid vacation, all paid holidays, and any additional days with holidays. Gave one policy book at beginning and has never give us an updated one in 3 yrs. House is filthy with dirt, old food on floors including the bathroom kids use. Bathroom for kids with no hand soap/towels/potty top, no sanitizer available, kids bathroom. Very unkept! It's her way or the highway. She is always right, will lie to you and not take any accountability if she makes a mistake. House is very small. Kitchen and dining together eith very small room to move around, again, old food all over floors and in corners, tons of clutter, kids items are mixed up into other kids cubbies, herself, family, kids will be sick and she will keep daycare open and state sick are isolated even though the only place to isolate is in basement, which daycare kids are not allowed to go. High turn over with staff. Will leave House and all children with 1 caregiver. Not as great as she will claim. Dirty hoarded garage. Garbage can overflowing. Removed our child from care finally. |
