| Comment: | I think they’re putting on act with their “friendliness”. I don’t like the way this daycare is ran. You have to call the house number for them to come to the door and I feel like sometimes they’re hiding something. I have been in the house several times and I think it’s weird all of the kids are in the back room and all of the windows and even the sliding glass door that leads into that room is covered so you can’t see in. The back room floor has foam mats and those mats are filthy and black. I feel bad for anyone with a child that can’t walk yet and has to crawl. I’ve seen her helper interact with the children and instead of correcting a problem constructively all I hear her do is bark orders and drag the “problem child” away from the others. They’re covid fanatics but that house isn’t kept very well. |

| Comment: | I've seen a van driving with this childcare information, and they drive erratic with children in the car. I would definitely check up and make sure your children are being safely transported. The male driver cut off a car to change lanes off of Hwy 62 in the area around Stater Bros. Please check inspection reports, they were cited for possible "lack of staff training". |

| Comment: | We love the Badillo Family Child Care. The children light up going to Nana(Nellie) house. They love the food and the hugs nd kisses. My oldest use to throw fits if he didn't get his way. His Psychiatrist told me to ignore him and for the last 3 years its only gotten WORST. My son has been kicked out of all the daycares in 29 and JT. It Ms. Nellie, she said a child throws a fit for attention, so give it to them. She would set beside him and just calmly talk to him. Its ok I understand you are upset. I will stay right here until you are ready to straighten up then we will go inside to play. By the 3rd day he was running to the door to go to see Ms Nellie to play. That was when he was 5. Now the kng. teachers love him. Family members will take him places. Ms. Nellie has the patience, love and the understanding of children beyond anyone one I have ever met. I know I shouldn't say it but ANONYMOUS if you can't own what you say you should tell lies. I wouldn't have food on my table , one time a roof over my families heads if Ms Nellie didn't help me. |

| Comment: | If I could rate higher than a 5 I would. My son absolutely loves going to "Nana's" house she and everyone who works there are amazing people and I always recommend her to friends who need child care. Dropping him off everyday is like dropping him off at grandmas house, thats how I feel when I send my son to her. In my opinion she doesnt just watch them she cares for them as any grandparent would and thats what I love the most. She really does love all her kids. When I first brought my son there other than mimicking what everyone wouldnsay, he was barely talking, he couldnt tell me what he wanted or how he was feeling, he wasnt yet potty trained, i think within six months my son started REALLY talking and within a few weeks he was potty trained. I LOVE how Mrs. Nellie talks to you about your kids whether it is good or bad. She does soo much and has a big heart. I dont understand why anyone would say negative things. If you only knew how great she is and how much she has helped us all you would say the opposite. I dont know where I would be of if I hadnt of found her sooo Imma just speak for everyone and say We love you Mrs. Nellie! Thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiisss MUCH!! Haha ?????? |

| Comment: | 10 our of 5 stars. Absolutely love Mrs. Nellie and all of her staff. My children adore her, she has been watching them for almost 2 years now and she’s like their grandma. Definitely nothing negative to say about Mrs. Nellie. She is so patient with all her children even when they’re going through certain phases. She’s very vocal and expresses her concerns about the children as well as praises them and their parents when things are going great.! She’s very big with communication. My kids have learned so much being with her, being a single mom with basically no family here she’s helping me raise them. I trust her more than I do my own blood. She’s far from money hungry if she was money hungry she wouldn’t spend out of her own pocket presents for holidays, treats, and sometimes trips for the kids! I recommended her to my best friend and she takes her son there also, so I have no problem recommending her to others. They’re so supportive at the Badillo family childcare household and I can’t imagine anyone else watching my children! They’re family now and my boys and I love them! — illianna |

| Comment: | I highly Recommend Badillo Facility its an awesome people.My childrens are happy to come to this facility they enjoyed it so much love the foods love the place.what matters for me is my kids miss the facility when off vacation they cant wait to come back..Very kind and helpful people..Thanks for the staff i dont have to miss work again.. |

No one at Badillo Family Child Care is money hungry. Considering the care, resources, and nourishment she provides; her prices are very fair. Furthermore, I'd like to also mention, Mrs. Nellie required a meet and greet with our children prior to securing our spot. She wanted to make sure that they were comfortable with being in her presence and in her environment. Upon brief observation of the interaction between the girls and Mrs. Badillo, is a testament to the care she provides for them. I recommend Badillo Family Child Care to everyone who is seeking childcare in the Twentynine Palms area. |

| Comment: | Our children (10 and 5) have been in Badillo Family Childcare since my husband received orders to Twentynine Palms; in October of 2013. Our two-year-old, was born in 2015 and she also goes to Badillo Family Child Care. Mrs. Nellie is extremely reliable and trustworthy. There have been numerous times where she has accommodated our work and leisure schedules. She made sure that our two older children were taken care of and gave my husband updates; while I was in labor with our daughter! Over the years, she has provided a safe, fun learning environment for our children. No one at Badillo Family Child Care is money hungry. Considering the care, resources, and nourishment she provides; her prices are very fair. Something to make mention of, is that Mrs. Nellie required a meet and greet with our children prior to securing our spot. She wanted to make sure that they were comfortable with being in her presence and in her environment. A brief observation of the interaction between she and the children, is a testament to the care she provides for them. | Comment: | I've had my children in this child care for years and they are wonderful. My children love going there. Don't know what the problem was but I've never had any issues and have had my friends go there. None of us has had any problems and they watch all our children. |
