Comment: Closes frequently or sends your child home often for illnesses, so unless you have a flexible schedule work schedule, I wouldn’t recommend. While I can appreciate it’s difficult to feed many children at once, I was not happy with the meals and snacks fed to the children. Meals were highly processed, such as frozen bagel bites, chicken nuggets constantly and the snacks were some sort of crackers, Teddy grahams. Loads of carbohydrates. I’m expected more nutritious foods offered.

Comment: This is not a reliable daycare. We sent our child here since infancy. When our child was an infant, we did not have significant complaints. Once our child reached toddler age we had a very different experience. The provider does not handle normal toddler behaviors well (i.e. tantrums, big feelings, controlling emotions, etc.). If your child has any difficult days expect to hear about it throughout the day. We received multiple texts during our work day if our child had any less than perfect behavior. When they are good you are made to feel like they are the perfect kid but if they have a “bad day” you are made to feel like your child is the worst kid and you’re the worst parents in the world. I’m sorry but I feel like parents and caregivers should be supportive of each other in order to allow a child to have their needs met and flourish. She can be very difficult to deal with and has been rude to us via text or in person numerous of times. She has also complained to us about other parents, kiddos, or situations that were not appropriate or professional. She has sent our child home on multiple occasions with just a runny nose or if she thinks they weren’t acting themselves. We can’t count how many times we had to leave work and go pick them up for slight to mild symptoms. She has closed multiple times for snow days. This is usually one of the huge benefits of a home daycare. We have had to call out of work intermittently due to closures for snow days. Sometimes the daycare was closed before snow even started. Not to mention the policy says that there will not be any snow days. So, if you want a reliable, supportive, loving, professional daycare then this is not the place for your family!
