| Comment: | Laura (Lulu) and her family are the best thing that has happened for my family since we moved to Connecticut 5 years ago. Our children are so happy, have so much fun and have learned so much, and most importantly, have learned to be kind and compassionate to others under her care. It brings my husband and me so much joy when our two children come home from a day at Lulu’s with new art work, stories about what they did with the other children, and the new-found strength or intellect to do “big kid” activities. I remember thinking years ago when seeking a day care provider that a safe environment is what my child needs. While that is certainly true, what Laura offers is so much more, and we look forward to many more years with our son and daughter under her loving care. |

| Comment: | We met Laura many years ago when our children were newborns and have trusted her with our child’s care on both a full and part-time basis depending on the need. She and her entire family treat our son like he’s part of their family. At Lulu’s your child is not a “daycare kid” rather a special child that Laura cares deeply for. I’ve never once had even the slightest concern for our son while he’s at Laura’s. I know she will always use good judgment and he always comes home very happy. She fosters acceptance with all the children and promotes being kind, helpful and respectful. She is very in-tune to how each child learns and focuses on the appropriate levels and methods for that individual. As a mom she has a ton of firsthand experience with everything from potty training and soothing bumps and bruises to encouraging settling those inevitable disagreements kids have. As a long time teacher she has the additional skills of managing different ages, personalities and learning styles plus all the academic training, knowledge and resources. She always challenges and encourages our son to do his best, celebrates his learning milestones and gives us feedback on his progress. An additional bonus with being at Lulu’s in the summer is not only do the kids spend plenty of time playing and relaxing in the pool and having picnics outside but they also take trips to the library, read daily, keep a journal and work on math concepts which is very beneficial come September. I recommend Lulu’s Daycare without hesitation. |

| Comment: | I feel blessed that my kids having been going to Lulu's for 5 years now. My son started when he was 6 months old and is now entering Kindergarten! The past 5 years at Lulus has been wonderful. Lulu engages the kids through a variety of activities throughout the day. From arts and crafts to education to fun play, it is outstanding. My son has speech difficulties and laura practices with him, teaches sounds, reading and numerous other kindergarten readiness skills. I am happy to say my family has been treated like family there. She brought my son to and from preschool and has met me at activities if for the rare ocassion I have run late. I am a teacher as well and could not be happier with the care we have received at Lulu's. My older daughters have done before and after school there as well. My kids love it there! I highly recommend this at home center. It is so much more than just a day care! |

| Comment: | My kids go there and they love it! My kids love her kids,they are super sweet! They read for 30 minutes and do 2 pages of math. The kindergarten and 1st do sight words older kids do character traits. They can swim and play In the backyard. They also have a sand box to play in my kids love it there and I do to! |

| Comment: | Lulu is an amazing daycare provider for the last three years! She is responsible and a trustworthy person! My kids love her and want to go everyday if they could. She is well organized with activities and both my kids have learned so much from lulu. She is the best and have no complaints. |

| Comment: | First of all whoever wrote this review is ridiclious! Laura is an amazing Daycare provider. I have been using her for 5 years. I trust her with my girls. My girls get mad at me when they can’t go. She is open until 5 and has never charged me for being a few mins late. Laura has so many activities and teaching skills at her house. Whoever you are who wrote this must be talking about another home Daycare. |

| Comment: | My children have attended LuLu's Learning and Home Daycare for the past 2 years. I can honestly say that I could not have asked for a better experience! Laura provides a caring, safe, loving environment for all children in her care. As an experienced educator, she has provided my children with early academic learning experiences that I can guarantee they would not have received elsewhere. My children are always excited to talk about their fun days at LuLu's house, whether they have made crafts, learned ABCs and counting, experienced imaginative play, and played many games and different activities. Laura's home is impeccably clean and safe. I wholeheartedly recommend LuLu's to anyone who is looking for an outstanding experience for their children! |

| Comment: | This daycare provider is excellent. My two young sons have attended for over 2 years now, and my husband and I consider it to be one of the greatest blessings in our life. Laura is an exceptional caregiver, her home is clean and organized, and the children LOVE to be there. It is like their second home. She is extremely detail oriented, reliable, and helpful. The children spend time doing engaging in developmentally appropriate academic activities (including STEM challenges), play outside twice daily, use their imaginations, and in the summer are able to swim daily. She serves them nutritious snacks and promotes a healthy lifestyle with physical activity throughout the day. The children even help her with her amazing vegetable garden. She brings our preschool age son to and from preschool 2 days/week with no additional fee. She goes above and beyond to nurture the potential of each child, meet the needs of her families, and treats each child like her own. I NEVER worry when my children are there-- my only concern is that they would rather be there most days then with me! As a former teacher and now professor of education, I give my highest endorsement to this daycare provider without any reservation. |
