| Comment: | I met with Debbie Ybarra on Wednesday October 24th. I will not be using her services but i am writing this review so parents looking for childcare can be aware of issues i saw while given the tour of her home. I do not recommend this child care provider for the following reasons. Upon arrival debbie welcomed me into her home she was extremely friendly and gave me a tour of her house. Her house is FILTHY i do not understand how other parents drop their kids off at such an unkept residence. You can tell that floor hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, there was trash thrown all over the floors. She showed me the rooms that the children’s sleep in which we’re full of absolute clutter & a disaster. While we were inside she informed me that they are a smoke free home but as we walked outside to the backyard her husband is outside smoking in front of the children which are under her care. Every child that was outside playing had no shoes on their feet. She stated that if my son were to be going to her childcare services she would be giving my son a bath 3 to 4 times a day which to me is absurd because I do not feel comfortable with anybody giving my son a bath. I saw all these red flags well I was visiting with her and we parted ways. She ends up texting my neighbor (which is the lady that referred me) asking if i was going to moving forward with her child care services & my neighbor stated that i was dissatisfied with her home cleanliness & her husband smoking around children. I wake up to a text from Debbie at 7 in the morning telling me she’s upset that I was disappointed meeting her - Debbie goes on ranting on how if i had an issue i could have just let her known but honestly i didn’t think i needed to speak with her about anything. I wasn’t going to use her services so there was no reason to stay in contact with her. I texted debbie asking for the name or license number that she is registered with under the state board & she would not provide me with the information. Debbie starts texting my neighbor (not knowing that i am with my neighbor) saying i am crazy for asking for her business information & starts saying that i am “one of those moms that you can never make happy” and just starts talking trash about me & my boyfriends family. I feel that Debbie was extremely unprofessional an aggressive and she had no reason to text me & be so upset with me since I did not want to use her childcare services. I will be going through the state board next to file a complaint. |
